meet-2travel is a travel community platform that connects people, private groups, events, resorts and travel partners. We collect and use personal data only where it is needed to operate the service, support trust and safety, process payments, improve the product and meet legal obligations.

Identity verification is provided through Veriff. Veriff may process identity documents, facial images, liveness information and other data needed to complete the identity check under its own service and privacy terms.

meet-2travel receives and stores the verification result and related service data needed to operate verification features. We do not use a verified badge as a guarantee of character, compatibility or future behaviour.

• Enable messaging, connections, trip collaboration and other requested features.
• Provide identity verification, fraud prevention, blocking and trust-related controls.
• Process purchases, credits, plan access, refunds and payment support.

• Improve reliability, usability and performance when lawful to do so.
• Comply with applicable legal, regulatory and security obligations.

We may share limited information where necessary with service providers that help us operate meet-2travel, including hosting, payment, identity-verification, analytics, communications, security and customer-support providers.

Information is also shared with other members only to the extent required by the features and visibility settings you choose. We may disclose information to professional advisers, authorities or regulators where required by law or necessary to protect the platform and its users.

We do not sell personal data in the ordinary meaning of the term.

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so members should also protect their credentials, devices and recovery channels.

You can use profile visibility settings, blocking controls and account-security features to limit how your information is exposed to other members.

Some members may use family or parent-focused profile features. Please avoid posting unnecessary sensitive information about children or family members in public profile fields, trip descriptions or messages.

Visibility and sharing controls should be used carefully whenever family-related information is included in the service.

meet-2travel may be required to apply legal, sanctions, fraud-prevention, payment-provider or identity-verification restrictions in some locations or circumstances. This can affect onboarding, payments, verification or other platform services.

Any restriction is applied according to the legal and operational requirements relevant to the specific case rather than as a general statement about an entire population.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our product, providers, legal obligations or data practices change. When appropriate, we will update the review date and provide additional notice for material changes.
